Terms

The Guarantee,
In Full.

Draft - pending legal review. The client agreement must be reviewed by counsel before the first signature.

The measured promise

Ten dollars of collected revenue for every one dollar of fee paid, within 90 days of the campaign start date. At a $4,000 monthly fee that is $120,000 across the initial term. The exact figure is fixed in writing at the end of the Baseline Week, before any fee is paid.

How a dollar is counted

A dollar counts toward the guaranteed figure when all three of the following are true:

The figure is read from the client's own field service management software and exported by the client. Where the parties disagree, the client's export governs.

The four layers

Client obligations - what suspends the guarantee

The guarantee is conditional on the client:

Where an obligation is not met, the guarantee is suspended for the period affected, and the guaranteed figure is adjusted pro rata. Fees remain payable for services delivered.

Fees, term and cancellation

Fees are $3,000–$5,000 per month, set by truck count at the Baseline Week, invoiced monthly in advance. Media is paid by the client directly to the advertising platforms from the client's own accounts; no percentage of media spend is charged and media is never marked up. The initial term is 90 days, then month to month. There is no auto-renewal and no forfeiture of prepaid amounts. Cancellation is by email and takes effect at the end of the paid month.

Ownership

The client owns, from day one: all advertising accounts, phone numbers, domains, customer lists, review profiles and campaign assets created during the engagement. Nothing is registered in the provider's name.

Exclusivity

One HVAC company per metropolitan market for the duration of the engagement.

No earnings claims

There are no prior client results to report. Nothing on this site is a representation of typical earnings, because there is no history from which a typical result could be derived. The figures stated are contractual guarantees with defined remedies, not projections of what any business has achieved.
